Beschreibung
The one hour information event will present an overview of the DFG’s Heisenberg Programme. This funding programme addresses excellent postdocs who are already eligible for a professorship but who have not yet been appointed. It gives them the opportunity to prepare for a professorship and at the same time to further sharpen their outstanding research profile through their own projects. The session will provide insights into eligibility criteria, the funding conditions, and the evaluation process. It will also give practical hints for the proposal preparation.
The main course topics include:
- Presentation of the DFG Heisenberg Programme
- Presentation on how to apply and the support from division 6.1
